  • For unprinted pouches, the minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces. For custom printed pouches, the usual MOQ ranges from 10,000 to 20,000 pieces, while very small sizes may start at 50,000 pieces. We also offer digital printing options, allowing you to start with as few as 100 custom printed pouches.

  • Lead time depends on printing complexity and order size. In most cases, production takes 2–4 weeks after artwork approval. We ship via air, sea, or express, and door-to-door delivery generally takes an additional 15–30 days, depending on your location.

  • Yes, we can provide free samples, but you need to bear the postage.

  • We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with the design or quality, contact us — we’ll make the necessary corrections to meet your expectations.

  • You may request changes to artwork, specifications, quantities, or shipment details before production starts. Any price or lead time adjustments will be confirmed in writing. No changes can be made to approved designs without mutual consent.

  • We accept Adobe Illustrator, PSD or PDF. You can save the PDF from your set up and send us the artwork in PDF format. Make sure they are outlined, or you will need send all fonts use in design.
